How to Assemble a Dinner

A metaphysical question that both professional chefs and homemakers face.
What to cook for dinner today?
How to make it quick, easy, tasty, and affordable?
Very simple.
Utilize the resources we have.

It’s good to build such a dinner around one main ingredient. For me, it’s usually some protein, here TSP, a product that is currently underrated.
Onions sliced into feathers fried in oil or olive oil, with walnuts and hemp seeds.
Onions are a must-have in the kitchen. They superbly enhance and strengthen the flavor of almost all dishes. Nuts of all kinds are a bit underrated in savory dishes but are a good source of protein. Their downside is high calorie content. So, if you don’t work physically for 8 hours a day or engage in several hours of sports training, be cautious.
The same goes for hemp seeds. Lots of protein and lots of calories. On the plus side, these are unsaturated fatty acids.

I usually marinate soy protein with a whole pack, which lasts me for several days, prepared in various ways. Water or broth, soy sauce (be careful, it boils very quickly), and optional seasonings. Cook according to the instructions, boil for a while, and set aside, at least until it cools.
You can store soy protein…
